When a dentist hires an attorney, it is often because their practice is, professionally, undergoing some kind of growth, modification, or challenge.

I am passionate about educating and helping dental professionals with the legal issues that affect their daily practice.

My work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating Dental Employer/Employee Agreements, drafting, reviewing and negotiating Asset Purchase or Sale Agreements, preparing dental office Policy, Procedure and Employee Manuals, Professional Licensure Representation before the State Board of Dentistry, discussing Risk Management issues, and Letters of Intent and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Additionally, I can assist you with Account Collection and Ongoing Compliance.

My Goals

There are three goals that drive my practice:

  1. To work efficiently.
  2. To provide you with my full attention and listen to you with compassion and empathy, while sharing your concerns and providing informed answers.
  3. To respond to your email and phone calls and keep you informed of the status of your case, and not leave you waiting for an answer.
